PRO MIX FPX with BIOFUNGICIDE is enriched with SUBTILEX (active ingredient: Bacillus subtilis MBI600), a biofungicide that prevents root diseases. The Bacillus subtilis bacteria colonize developing root systems, and combat disease causing organisms that attack them. The bacteria also act as a biostimulant that enhances the establishment and the development of the root system... leading to more uniform plant stands and crop response. PRO MIX FPX with BIOFUNGICIDE is a Fine grade Plug growing medium for germination of ornamental and vegetable seeds in small cell plug trays and plug systems. It contains a blend of short fiber Sphagnum peat moss and plug grade perlite for easy filling of small cell trays, with minimal bridging. This lightweight and porous medium retains less water it is therefore ideal when a well drained plug medium is required
