Adept Adept Insect Growth Regulator is for the control of fungus gnats, shore flies and foliar feeding pests found on ornamental crops grown in greenhouses, shadehouses and interiorscapes.• Adept binds rapidly to organic matter, irrigation will not wash it off, and it has a long residual. • Adept works on a narrow spectrum of insects to disrupt the normal molting process. • Due to the mode of action of Adept, initial knockdown will typically take between 3 and 5 days. • The International Organization of Biological Controls lists Adept as one of the only insecticides having limited effects on natural enemies • Adept is available in a 1 pound package. • Please read the label for application information.
